My name is Sonya George and I became a therapist because I deeply love helping people who have been through hard situations and want to make their life better. I love seeing people not just heal, but the impact that they make when they are happier and healthier on their families, friends, and communities.

I have a Master’s Degree in Psychology and specialized training and experience in working with multiple types of traumatic experiences. My specialties include anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and toxic relationships.
